Poem

I catch a glimpse of you
through the half-opened
bathroom door:
the strong swell
of your buttock,
the long hard line
of your thigh;
and for a moment
nothing else matters,
except
that slice of light.
I breath in steam,
cinnamon, lemon zest, earth
and unsteady
stagger to my desk
and write you.
